企业用户、店铺所有者或获授权代表可以请求：（1）解除第三方平台店铺与潮序 ERP 的连接；（2）删除潮序 ERP 账户资料；（3）删除经授权同步的订单、商品、库存、履约及相关业务数据；（4）删除支持沟通中提供的个人信息；或（5）说明希望删除的特定数据。
A business user, shop owner, or authorized representative may request: (1) disconnection of a third-party platform shop from Chaoxu ERP; (2) deletion of Chaoxu ERP account details; (3) deletion of authorized synchronized order, product, inventory, fulfillment, and related business data; (4) deletion of personal information provided during support; or (5) deletion of specifically identified data.
2. 通过邮件提交请求 / Submit by Email

请写明企业名称、潮序 ERP 登录邮箱或手机号、店铺名称/店铺标识、关联平台，以及希望删除的数据范围。请勿发送账户密码或平台访问令牌。Include the company name, Chaoxu ERP login email or phone, shop name/identifier, connected platform, and requested deletion scope. Do not send passwords or platform access tokens. - 完成身份与权限核验Complete verification
为防止未经授权的删除，我们会通过账户内已登记的联系渠道或合理的企业授权证明核验请求者身份。仅收集完成核验所必要的信息。To prevent unauthorized deletion, we verify the requester through registered account contact details or reasonable proof of business authority, collecting only what is needed for verification. - 确认范围并处理Confirm scope and process
核验后，我们会确认请求范围、停止相关的后续同步，并在适用法律要求的期限内处理和回复。如请求复杂或法律允许延期，我们会告知进展。After verification, we confirm scope, stop relevant future synchronization, and process and respond within the period required by applicable law. We will provide updates if a complex request requires a legally permitted extension.
3. 删除范围与例外 / Scope and Exceptions
获准的删除请求通常包括活跃系统中的指定账户资料、OAuth 授权凭据以及由相关店铺同步的业务数据。数据可能在备份轮换周期内暂时保留，并与活跃系统隔离，随后按既定备份流程覆盖或删除。
An approved request generally covers specified account details, OAuth authorization credentials, and business data synchronized from the relevant shop in active systems. Data may temporarily remain in isolated backups until overwritten or deleted through the normal backup rotation process.
如法律、税务、会计、争议处理、安全调查、防欺诈或维护他人权利要求我们保留部分记录，我们会仅在必要范围和期限内保留，并限制其他用途。无法核验身份或无权代表相关企业/店铺的请求，可能无法执行。
We may retain limited records for the necessary period where required for law, tax, accounting, dispute handling, security investigation, fraud prevention, or others' rights, and restrict other use. We may be unable to act where identity or authority over the relevant business/shop cannot be verified.
4. 处理结果 / Outcome
完成后，我们会通过核验过的联系渠道确认已执行的操作，或说明不能删除的范围与原因。解除授权和删除会导致相关店铺停止同步，历史报表、订单处理或其他依赖该数据的功能可能不可用，且删除通常无法恢复。
When complete, we confirm actions through a verified contact channel or explain what cannot be deleted and why. Disconnection and deletion stop relevant shop synchronization and may make historical reports, order handling, or other dependent features unavailable; deletion is generally irreversible.
5. 同时撤销第三方平台授权 / Also Revoke Platform Access
您可以在第三方平台的应用授权、已连接应用或商家设置中撤销潮序 ERP 的访问权限。平台端撤销会阻止我们继续通过该授权访问新的平台数据，但不会自动删除撤销前已经同步到潮序 ERP 的数据；如需删除，请同时按本页步骤提交请求。
You may revoke Chaoxu ERP access from the third-party platform's app authorization, connected apps, or merchant settings. Platform-side revocation prevents further access through that authorization but does not automatically delete data previously synchronized into Chaoxu ERP; submit a request using this page to delete it.
