1. 适用范围 / Scope

本政策说明上饶添轻贸易有限公司（“我们”）在提供潮序 ERP 网站及相关跨境电商运营功能时如何处理信息。它适用于访问本网站、联系我们以及授权潮序 ERP 连接第三方电商平台的企业用户及其获授权人员。

This policy explains how 上饶添轻贸易有限公司 ("we" or "us") processes information when providing the Chaoxu ERP website and related cross-border commerce operations features. It applies to website visitors, people who contact us, and business users and authorized personnel who connect a third-party commerce platform to Chaoxu ERP.

第三方平台会按照其自身隐私政策处理数据。本政策不取代第三方平台的政策。

Third-party platforms process data under their own privacy policies. This policy does not replace those policies.

2. 我们处理的信息 / Information We Process

2.1 联系与账户信息 / Contact and account information

包括企业名称、联系人姓名、业务邮箱、电话号码、登录标识，以及用户主动提交的咨询或支持内容。请勿通过普通邮件发送密码或不必要的敏感信息。

This may include company name, contact name, business email, phone number, login identifier, and support or inquiry content you submit. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information by ordinary email.

2.2 OAuth 授权信息 / OAuth authorization data

当商家主动连接平台店铺时，我们可能处理店铺标识、授权范围、访问令牌、刷新令牌、令牌有效期和授权状态。OAuth 用于授权连接；我们不会要求商家向我们提供其平台密码。

When a merchant connects a platform shop, we may process shop identifiers, approved scopes, access and refresh tokens, token expiry, and authorization status. OAuth is used for the connection; we do not ask merchants to give us their platform password.

2.3 经授权的平台业务数据 / Authorized platform business data

根据商家授权和平台批准的接口权限，可能包括订单及订单商品、收件与配送所需信息、履约和物流状态、商品及 SKU、库存数量、店铺信息、接口请求结果和同步日志。我们只应处理提供用户所请求功能所必要的数据。

Depending on merchant authorization and platform-approved API permissions, this may include orders and order items, recipient and shipping details needed for fulfillment, fulfillment and logistics status, products and SKUs, inventory quantities, shop information, API results, and synchronization logs. We should process only data needed to provide the requested functions.

2.4 网站技术信息 / Website technical information

托管服务可能生成必要的访问日志，例如 IP 地址、访问时间、请求路径、浏览器类型和错误信息，用于安全、故障排查和服务运行。本站当前不集成广告追踪器或第三方分析脚本。

Hosting services may generate necessary access logs such as IP address, access time, requested path, browser type, and errors for security, troubleshooting, and operation. This website currently contains no advertising tracker or third-party analytics script.

3. 使用目的与依据 / Purposes and Basis

• 应企业用户请求创建和维护店铺授权连接；Create and maintain shop connections at the business user's request;
• 同步和展示订单、库存及履约信息，执行用户发起或配置的操作；Synchronize and display order, inventory, and fulfillment information and perform user-initiated or configured actions;
• 维护账户、提供支持、排查故障与保护服务安全；Maintain accounts, provide support, troubleshoot, and protect service security;
• 履行适用法律义务、处理争议并防止滥用。Meet applicable legal obligations, handle disputes, and prevent misuse.

处理依据可能包括履行合同或用户请求、获得同意、履行法律义务以及保障服务安全与正常运营的正当需要，具体取决于适用法律和处理场景。

Depending on applicable law and context, processing may be based on performing a contract or user request, consent, legal obligations, and legitimate needs to secure and operate the service.

4. 信息共享与跨境处理 / Sharing and International Processing

我们不会出售个人信息。为提供服务，我们可能在必要范围内向以下接收方提供信息：用户授权连接的电商平台；托管、数据库、网络与安全等服务供应商；按照用户指示参与履约的服务方；以及依法有权要求信息的政府或司法机关。供应商仅应按约定目的处理信息并采取适当保护措施。

We do not sell personal information. To provide the service, we may disclose information as necessary to the commerce platform the user connects, hosting/database/network/security providers, fulfillment providers acting on user instructions, and government or judicial authorities lawfully entitled to request it. Providers should process information only for agreed purposes and apply appropriate safeguards.

跨境电商和云服务可能涉及信息在用户所在地区以外的处理。发生此类处理时，我们将根据适用法律采取所需的合同、授权或其他保护措施。

Cross-border commerce and cloud services may involve processing outside the user's region. Where this occurs, we will use contractual, authorization, or other safeguards required by applicable law.

5. 保存期限与安全 / Retention and Security

我们根据信息类型、业务需要、用户指示和法律义务确定保存期限。店铺授权解除或账户终止后，我们会停止新的平台数据同步，并在完成删除请求、备份轮换、争议处理及法定留存所需的合理期间内删除或去标识化相关数据。安全与审计记录可在防欺诈、调查和合规所需期间保存。

Retention depends on data type, business need, user instructions, and legal obligations. After shop disconnection or account termination, we stop new platform synchronization and delete or de-identify related data within a reasonable period needed to complete deletion, rotate backups, resolve disputes, and meet legal retention duties. Security and audit records may be retained as needed for fraud prevention, investigation, and compliance.

我们采用与风险相适应的访问控制、权限隔离、传输保护、凭据保护、日志和备份等措施。任何系统都不能保证绝对安全；如发现疑似安全事件，请立即联系我们。

We use risk-appropriate measures such as access controls, permission separation, transmission protection, credential protection, logging, and backups. No system can guarantee absolute security; contact us immediately if you suspect an incident.

6. 您的选择与权利 / Your Choices and Rights

根据适用法律，您可以请求访问、更正、导出或删除相关信息，撤回同意，反对或限制特定处理。企业管理员也可以解除店铺授权，阻止后续同步。我们可能需要核验请求者身份和授权，并可能在法律允许时保留必须留存的信息。

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion, withdraw consent, or object to or restrict certain processing. Business administrators may also disconnect a shop to stop further synchronization. We may verify the requester's identity and authority and retain information where legally permitted or required.

7. 未成年人 / Children

潮序 ERP 面向企业经营者，不面向未成年人。我们不会有意通过本服务收集未成年人的信息；如您认为发生了此类情况，请联系我们。

Chaoxu ERP is intended for business operators, not children. We do not knowingly collect children's information through this service; contact us if you believe this has occurred.

8. 政策变更 / Policy Changes

我们可能根据产品、法律或处理方式的变化更新本政策，并在本页面标注更新日期。重大变化会通过适当方式提示。

We may update this policy as the product, law, or processing practices change and will show the revised date here. Material changes will be communicated by appropriate means.
