1. 接受条款 / Acceptance

本条款是您或您代表的企业与上饶添轻贸易有限公司之间关于访问本网站及使用潮序 ERP 的约定。访问网站不等同于已开通付费服务；使用具体服务可能需要另行注册、获批或签订业务约定。代表企业操作的人确认其有权代表该企业。

These terms are an agreement between you or the business you represent and 上饶添轻贸易有限公司 regarding this website and Chaoxu ERP. Visiting the website does not itself activate a paid service; specific services may require separate registration, approval, or a business agreement. Anyone acting for a business confirms authority to represent it.

潮序 ERP 是面向跨境电商运营的管理工具，计划或提供的能力可包括经授权的店铺连接、订单同步、库存管理和履约协同。具体可用功能取决于账户配置、第三方平台开放能力、获批接口权限、用户授权及另行约定。我们可能对功能进行改进、调整或停止，并在合理可行时提供必要通知。

Chaoxu ERP is an operations tool for cross-border commerce. Planned or available capabilities may include authorized shop connections, order synchronization, inventory management, and fulfillment workflows. Availability depends on account configuration, third-party platform capabilities, approved API permissions, user authorization, and separate agreements. We may improve, adjust, or discontinue features and provide notice where reasonably practicable.

3. 账户、权限与授权 / Accounts, Permissions, and Authorization

• 您应提供准确的企业与账户信息并保护登录凭据。You must provide accurate business/account information and protect credentials.
• 仅企业授权人员可以连接店铺、配置同步或执行业务操作。Only personnel authorized by the business may connect shops, configure synchronization, or perform operations.
• 平台连接应通过平台提供的 OAuth 或其他获准方式完成；授权范围由平台页面及审批权限决定。Platform connections must use OAuth or another approved method; scope is determined by the platform authorization page and approved permissions.
• 发现未经授权使用、凭据泄露或错误操作时，您应及时联系我们，并可在平台或潮序 ERP 中解除授权。Contact us promptly about unauthorized use, credential exposure, or erroneous operations, and revoke authorization through the platform or Chaoxu ERP where available.

4. 合法与可接受使用 / Lawful and Acceptable Use

您不得利用服务从事违法、欺诈、侵权或规避平台规则的活动，不得未经授权访问他人数据、干扰服务安全、传播恶意代码、超出合理频率调用接口，或对服务进行非法复制和滥用。您应确保录入、上传或指示处理的数据具有合法来源和处理依据，并遵守消费者、隐私、商品、税务和跨境贸易等适用规则。

You may not use the service for illegal, fraudulent, infringing, or platform-evasion activity; access others' data without authorization; disrupt security; distribute malicious code; make unreasonable API calls; or unlawfully copy or misuse the service. You must ensure data you submit or instruct us to process has a lawful source and basis and comply with applicable consumer, privacy, product, tax, and cross-border trade rules.

5. 第三方平台与服务 / Third-Party Platforms and Services

潮序 ERP 可能与第三方电商平台及物流、云服务等系统连接。第三方服务由相应第三方控制，并受其条款、政策、可用性和接口限制约束。第三方变更、限制、暂停授权或接口故障可能影响相关功能。TikTok 及 TikTok Shop 商标归其权利人所有，本网站及服务说明不表示其对上饶添轻贸易有限公司的赞助、认证或背书。

Chaoxu ERP may connect with third-party commerce platforms and logistics or cloud systems. Third parties control their services, which are subject to their terms, policies, availability, and API limits. Third-party changes, restrictions, authorization suspension, or API failure may affect features. TikTok and TikTok Shop trademarks belong to their owners; this website and service description do not imply their sponsorship, certification, or endorsement of 上饶添轻贸易有限公司.

6. 知识产权与反馈 / Intellectual Property and Feedback

在法律允许范围内，潮序 ERP 的界面、文档、品牌元素和自主开发内容的相关权利归我们或许可方所有。企业用户保留其业务数据的相关权利。您授予我们在提供服务所必要范围内处理该数据的权限。您自愿提供的产品建议可用于改进服务，但不会使我们取得您业务数据的所有权。

To the extent permitted by law, rights in the Chaoxu ERP interface, documentation, brand assets, and independently developed content belong to us or our licensors. Business users retain applicable rights in their business data and permit us to process it only as needed to provide the service. Voluntary product feedback may be used to improve the service but does not transfer ownership of your business data.

7. 服务可用性与责任 / Availability and Liability

我们会合理维护服务，但互联网、第三方接口和软件可能发生中断、延迟或错误。除法律另有强制规定或另行书面承诺外，服务按其可用状态提供。双方应对自身原因造成的损失承担责任；任何责任限制均不排除法律不得限制或排除的责任。具体商业服务的费用、服务级别、赔偿或责任安排以双方另行签订的有效协议为准。

We use reasonable efforts to maintain the service, but internet, third-party APIs, and software may experience interruption, delay, or error. Unless mandatory law or a separate written commitment provides otherwise, the service is provided as available. Each party is responsible for loss caused by it, and no limitation excludes liability that law does not permit to be limited. Fees, service levels, indemnities, and liability terms for commercial services are governed by any separate effective agreement.

8. 暂停、终止与数据 / Suspension, Termination, and Data

对于安全风险、重大违规、法律要求或第三方授权失效，我们可以暂停相关功能。企业用户可按约定停止服务和解除店铺授权。终止后的数据处理适用隐私政策和数据删除说明；法律要求保存的数据可在必要期间继续保留。

We may suspend relevant features for security risks, material violations, legal requirements, or invalid third-party authorization. Business users may stop service and disconnect shops as agreed. Post-termination data handling follows the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions; legally required data may remain for the necessary period.

9. 条款更新与适用规则 / Updates and Applicable Rules

我们可能因产品或法律变化更新条款并标注更新时间。争议应首先通过善意协商处理；无法解决时，适用法律与管辖根据强制性法律及双方另行有效约定确定。

We may update these terms for product or legal changes and display the revision date. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith discussion; unresolved matters are governed by mandatory law and any separate valid jurisdiction agreement between the parties.
